Mr. Awadhesh Kumar Thakur is a dedicated social entrepreneur and development professional committed to empowering people and transforming communities. As Director, he provides strategic leadership to initiatives in education, women and youth empowerment, skill development, livelihood promotion, and community development. With a B.Com. and Master of Social Work (MSW), he combines professional expertise with grassroots experience. His leadership focuses on creating sustainable opportunities, building individual capacity, and promoting self-reliance. He strongly believes that empowered individuals build stronger families, transformed communities, and ultimately contribute to building a stronger and more inclusive nation.

Mr. Subhas Kumar Das
Mr. Subhas Kumar Das is a retired Central Government Personnel Officer from Indian Railways with over 40 years of experience in Personnel and Human Resource Administration. His expertise includes employee administration, service matters, establishment procedures, welfare, organisational management, and government policies and regulations. During his distinguished career, he developed strong leadership, administrative, and people-management skills. He also served as a Locality Warden, supporting residents’ welfare and grievance redressal. Actively involved in NGOs and social initiatives, he brings integrity, accountability, empathy, and extensive administrative experience to support community development and socially responsible initiatives.

Dr. Ramasted Das is an experienced educationist, trainer, and development professional with over 10 years of experience in NGO project administration and community development. His work focuses on education, capacity building, leadership development, community empowerment, and training initiatives. He combines educational insight, leadership skills, and practical field experience. He is committed to developing people, strengthening organisations, and creating sustainable positive impact in communities.

Ms. Bidisha Das (Legal Advisor)
Ms. Bidisha Das serves as a Legal Advisor, bringing professional legal knowledge and practical experience to the organisation. She completed her BBA LL.B. from Presidency University, Bengaluru, and earned her LL.M. from O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat, Haryana. She is registered with the Bar Council of Delhi and currently practises before the Supreme Court of India and the High Court. Her legal expertise supports the organisation in matters of legal compliance, governance, documentation, and responsible decision-making. She is committed to upholding integrity, accountability, and sound legal practices while contributing to the organisation’s mission and social initiatives.
